Some people like to make their bike look funky. One of my friends painted his yamaha r6 2009 in 4 colors and it looked as a 4 color bike will look like. Experimentation with colors is good but you should be careful that you do not spoil it completely. If my friend had taken advice from a few of his other friends, he would not have ended up ruining the looks of a splendid bike. It is ok if someone wants to paint his black bike blue but painting it in 4 weird colors is not wise at all. To add to the miseries, a painting job costs a lot of money and you will have to think twice before getting your bike repainted again. As has always been the case with mankind, prevention is the best cure for everything. Take expert advice before you decide to get you bike painted.
